1 TB 6-Pepper salt
1 TB Chopped Garlic
56 oz Whole peeled tomatoes in juice (crushed by hand)
8 piece sun dried tomato finely diced
1# Penne Pasta
In a large sauté pan brown meat and drain fat. Add the garlic and 6-pepper and sauté a few minutes. Add Tomatoes and cook over medium heat for about half an hour. Season the sauce with additional salt, and 6-pepper to taste. In a separate pot, cook pasta until al dente. Strain pasta and reserve some of the pasta water. Add enough sauce to pasta so it coats the pasta and add pasta water as needed. Serve with Parmigiano Reggiano.
