He enjoys creating unique dining experiences that satisfy the needs of today’s discriminating palates. All his menus are created from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. The menus are custom created for guests based on cuisine preference and dietary requirements.

After a private consultation, chef Paul will assume all responsibilities of food shopping, meal design and preparation, customized dietary plans, and daily kitchen maintenance.
