Island Stylin' Shrimp


5 Servings (appetizer portions)

Seasoned Salt:

Island Stylin'


25 pieces, 21/25 Raw Shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 Tbl. Island Stylin

1 Clove Garlic, finely diced

1 Tbl. Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Tbl. Olive Oil

2 Tbl. Unsalted cold Butter


Heat a sauté pan over low heat and add olive oil, garlic & Island Stylin' and cook for about 30 seconds, careful not to brown the garlic. Add the shrimp and cook until almost done about 2 minutes per side, until opaque in the middle. Add the lemon juice remove from heat add butter and stir until completely combined. Arrange on a platter, top with the pan sauce.
