Paniolo Chicken


4-5 Servings (appetizer portions)

Seasoned Salt:



  • 4 Pieces Chicken Thighs, boneless/skinless

  • 1 Tbl. Cilantro, chopped

  • 1 Clove Garlic, finely diced

  • 1 Tbl. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 3 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbl. Each Paniolo and 6-Pepper Salt


Step 1

Marinate the chicken with all ingredients except for the Paniolo for 1 hour.

Step 2

Season both sides of the chicken thighs with the Seasonings. Add salt, if needed.

Step 3

Sauté or grill until the center of the chicken reaches 165 F.
