Paniolo Grilled Chicken


4 Servings

Seasoned Salt:



1 ½ Pound of boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 6-7 pieces)

2 TB Paniolo

1TB brown sugar

2 cloves of garlic very finely chopped

Kosher salt


In a bowl mix the Paniolo and sugar together. Sprinkle on both sides of chicken and sprinkle a little salt and the garlic. Place in a bowl and wrap and leave overnight in your refrigerator. Grill until your thermometer registers 165F. Serve with your favorite salads and sides.
