Paniolo Pork Tenderloin


Seasoned Salt:



1 Whole Pork Tenderloin

1 TB. Paniolo Seasoning

1Tb. Brown Sugar

2 cloves of garlic very finely chopped


Mix the Paniolo and sugar together. Trim the fat and silver skin from pork, rinse and dry. Rub the pork with the Paniolo sugar rub, garlic and place in a zip lock bag and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat charcoal or gas grill. Grill the pork on all sides and finish cooking at a lower temperature until the meat thermometer registers 145 f., in the center. Let the pork rest 5-10 minutes and slice. Serve with your favorite sides and vegetables. Great in a taco with salsa verde, or your favorite taco preparation
